Customer service extraordinaire!

It is nice to still be able to walk into a store and receive good old fashioned customer service and attention. Clearwater is amazing and Anabelle is a rockstar!

Wonderful Shopping Experience

Today, I went to Dillard's in Wellington to buy a blouse and ended up buying a whole new wardrobe. Sue and Danielle, located in the downstairs women's department, were so lovely and welcoming. They spent hours pulling me together with pants, tops and dresses. There was no pressure to buy and we talked and laughed the whole time. I felt like I was in a small boutique with impeccable personalized attention.

Excellent

I was afraid in the beginning after all these bad reviews..my experience was perfect... I ordered two pairs of shoes..from usa to greece only 4 days via dhl express.. really worth it..i will buy again for sure.

Dillard's still has sales and…

Dillard's still has sales and competitive prices during the pandemic. Stock levels have been down, but the products they do have are of high quality. With Sear and Penny's leaving the malls, they are one of the last department stores left with good merchandise.

Stacy's excellent customer service

I just wanted to give a shout out to Stacy at the Dillards at the Town Center. She more than assisted me in the make-up area. Dillards is one of the few department stores that carry my make up brand Dermablend. I wasn't able to find my shade at the Dillards at the Avenues nor were they very helpful in assisting me at finding a shade that matched my skin. So we made the trip to the Town Center and were pleasantly served by Stacy. Her can do attitude and sweet nature made all the difference in my shopping experience. Thank you once again Stacy for your excellent customer service!

Margaret’s great customer service!

My husband and I went to the Dillards at Shops Lane in the Avenues Mall to purchase a pair of men’s shoes. We just wanted to give a shout out to Margaret in the Men’s Shoes Department. She provided excellent customer service. Thank you again Margaret for all your help and with a pleasant positive attitude!

Excellent customer service

I stopped in Dillards@ the Oakwood Shopping Center, and was blown away by the service that I received from Beverlyn Martin, she went above, and beyond to help me locate a shirt that I was interested in, she was very professional, and kind. I shall return!

Very disappointed with Dillard's in the…

Very disappointed with Dillard's in the Daytona-Volusia Mall. I purchased a $900 Hart Schaffer Marx, men's suit, that was on sale. I was informed by both the sales person and manager, that since it was a sale item, (but still several hundred dollars), it was company policy to not provide a garment bag. I got the feeling that they don't place much value on their customers. It would be nice if corporate management would review this policy. Thank you
